A user for which we are tracking the list of devices.

Fields

user_id: OwnedUserId

The user ID of the user.

dirty: bool

The outdate/dirty flag of the user, remembers if the list of devices for the user is considered to be out of date. If the list of devices is out of date, a /keys/query request should be sent out for this user.
