Data for a phone number identifier as a separate country code and phone number.

The homeserver is responsible for canonicalizing this to the MSISDN format.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

The country that the phone number is from.

This is a two-letter uppercase ISO-3166-1 alpha-2 country code.
