Generates the content for a Location event
Parameters
- Optionaltext: string
  optional. A text for the location
- Optionaluri: string
  a geo:// uri for the location
- Optionaltimestamp: number
  the timestamp when the location was correct (milliseconds since the UNIX epoch)
- Optionaldescription: null | string
  the (optional) label for this location on the map
- OptionalassetType: LocationAssetType
  the (optional) asset type of this location e.g. "m.self"
